A short, honest description of the data this website keeps.

Plain language, no legal theatre. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in a message.
What we collect
- Orders — name, phone number, optional email, delivery address and the items you bought. Needed to deliver the parcel and to support you afterwards.
- Enquiries — name, phone number, optional email and your message.
- Analytics — anonymous page views and button clicks (for example, how many people opened a product page or tapped a WhatsApp link). This uses a random session id in a cookie. It is not linked to your name, and we run no advertising or cross-site trackers.
What we never store
Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or netbanking credentials. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we only keep the provider's reference id against your order.
Who sees it
The farm's own staff, and the service providers needed to run the site: our hosting provider, our database provider, the courier, and the payment gateway. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require. Enquiries are kept for two years, then deleted. Anonymous analytics are aggregated and can be cleared at any time from the dashboard.
Your choices
Write to us via the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time — usually a couple of days.
Cookies
Two functional cookies are used: an anonymous analytics session id, and a secure session cookie for the owner's admin dashboard. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our server, until you place an order.
