Shipping & Returns

Ghee is dispatched in insulated, leak-proof packaging. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually handed to the courier the same day.

Charges

  • Standard shipping is ₹149 per order.
  • Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,999 or more.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Cash on delivery carries a handling fee of ₹49.

Dispatch

Ghee is packed in insulated, leak-proof packaging. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually handed to the courier the same day; orders placed later are dispatched the next working day. You will receive the tracking details on the phone number you gave at checkout.

We currently ship across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable we will tell you before taking payment and refund any amount already paid.

Returns

Because ghee is a food product we accept returns only for damaged, leaking or incorrect shipments. Write to us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the sealed parcel.

Within 3 days of delivery, send us photographs of the parcel and the affected jar on WhatsApp or email. If the fault is ours we will replace the item or refund it in full — including the shipping paid. We do not accept returns of opened jars for hygiene reasons, except where the product itself is faulty.

Live animals

Cattle and buffaloes are never shipped through a courier. Transport for a purchased animal is arranged separately, only after a veterinary fitness certificate and with a transporter agreed by both sides. Any transport cost is quoted in writing before the animal leaves the farm.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is handed to the courier by messaging us with the order number. Once dispatched, please use the returns process above.
